Classification of animals on the basis of what they eat.

Carnivores: carnivores are
animals that fill their nutritional needs by eating other
animals. Not all carnivorous forest animals are hunters
or predators. Some carnivore animals can be
scavengers such as Tigers, Vultures and leopards.

Herbivores: A herbivore is an animal or insect that only
eats vegetation, such as grasses, fruits, leaves,
vegetables, roots and bulbs.

Omnivores: Omnivores are animals that eat plants and
other animals to fill their nutritional needs,examples of
an omnivore animals are birds like a crow that eats
berries from herbs but also likes to eat worms.
